Customers may NOT use Creativity Host services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any form of illegal activity, including hacking, phishing, fraud, identity theft, or scams
- Sending spam, bulk emails, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or harmful scripts
- Adult, pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
- Copyrighted or pirated content without proper authorization
- Activities that consume excessive server resources and affect other users
- Any content that violates local or international laws
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content stored, uploaded, or transmitted through their hosting account. Creativity Host is not responsible for customer content and does not monitor it unless required by law or policy enforcement.
Enforcement & Actions
Creativity Host reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If a violation is found, we may take action including:
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent termination of the hosting account
- Removal of content
- Action without prior notice and without any refund
