All services must be used for lawful purposes only. Customers must follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, along with Creativity Host’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Payments & Billing
- All services must be paid in advance
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services
- Prices and packages are subject to change at any time
Refunds
Refunds are handled strictly according to our Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made beyond the stated policy.
Account Suspension & Termination
Creativity Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:
- There is a violation of policies
- Illegal, abusive, or harmful activity is detected
- The service is misused or abused
Data & Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Creativity Host is not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion under any circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Creativity Host shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, including data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.
Policy Updates
Creativity Host reserves the right to modify or update its policies, services, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated policies.
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of service activation
- Refund will be processed only if the service has not violated any policies
Refund Verification & Security
To prevent fraud and unauthorized requests:
- Refund requests will be accepted only from the registered customer
- Requests must be sent from the same email address or phone number used at registration
- Requests from unregistered contact details will be rejected
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will result in immediate termination of the hosting service
- No refund will be issued if the customer violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions
