Creativity Host follows a transparent and strict refund policy. Customers are advised to carefully review this policy before purchasing any service.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Monthly hosting packages
- Lifetime hosting packages
- Lifetime hosting is offered as a one-time subscription and is non-refundable
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
Once payment is made for the above services, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund Eligibility (Yearly Hosting Only)
Refunds are available only for yearly hosting packages and subject to the following conditions:
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of service activation
- Refund will be processed only if the service has not violated any policies
Refund Verification & Security
To prevent fraud and unauthorized requests:
- Refund requests will be accepted only from the registered customer
- Requests must be sent from the same email address or phone number used at registration
- Requests from unregistered contact details will be rejected
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will result in immediate termination of the hosting service
- No refund will be issued if the customer violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions
